The customer accepts the delivery and payment terms before completing the order.
GENERAL TERMS
We sell tickets and guided tours to individuals of legal age and legal entities.
Product prices include VAT.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and up-to-date information about the delivery address, e-mail address and mobile phone number in connection with the purchase. In addition to this, it is also the customer's responsibility to check that the event, date and number of tickets correspond to the order.
We reserve the right to change our prices.
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery.
The customer should be familiar with the current terms of delivery before placing an order.
ONLINE TICKET
Purchasing tickets
Online entrance ticket
Online entrance tickets can be purchased from the Amos Rex website www.amosrex.fi. Tickets may be purchased for the customer’s chosen date and time according to the museum’s opening hours and availability.
Online tickets can only be bought from Amos Rex online-store. Single tickets cannot be reserved via the museum’s customer service or bought on site.
Tickets for museum events
Online tickets can be purchased from the Amos Rex website www.amosrex.fi. Online tickets can only be reserved from the Amos Rex web shop. Single tickets cannot be reserved via the museum’s customer service or bought on site.
Validity
Online entrance ticket
Online ticket is valid for the chosen day and hour stated on your ticket, while the museum is open. The chosen date or time may not be changed after purchase. Online ticket can be redeemed upon arrival within 20 minutes counting from its starting time.
Tickets for museum events
Tickets purchased for museum events are valid only at the time of the specified event, unless otherwise stated. Please check the time of the event when you make your purchase.
Ticket checking
Online ticket for exhibition entry
The ticket is checked upon arrival. The QR-code ticket may be in print-out form or be displayed on a smartphone screen. If the ticket is for a discounted group, the ticket holder must be prepared to prove that they belong to the concession group that corresponds to the ticket type.

Rights
Online ticket for the exhibition
An online ticket entitles the bearer to single entry to the exhibition on the chosen day and time.
Tickets for museum events
Tickets for museum events entitle the bearer to attend the event selected at the time of purchase.
GUIDED TOURS AND GROUP VISITS
The booking is binding after we have processed and confirmed your reservation. We will send you a booking confirmation and arrival instructions via email.
The booking is only valid at the agreed time. The group can arrive at the museum 10 minutes before the reserved time.
The customer should report any delay to the number provided in connection with the booking confirmation. If the customer is more than 15 minutes late, the reservation will be cancelled. If the customer has booked a guided tour and is more than 15 minutes late, the guided tour will be cancelled and the customer pays a cancellation fee of €50 (school groups pay a cancellation fee of €30).

PAYMENT
Online ticket
Purchases can be paid with Finnish online banks, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Visa debit cards. Customers with FO number can also choose invoice as payment method.
The online payment service is provided by VismaPay, which provides online banking services for Finnish banks and the most common bank and credit cards.
When an order is completed, the customer certifies that he has read and accepted the payment and delivery terms.
Guided tours and group visits reserved through Amos Rex's Group Services
Pre-booked group visits can be paid by card or cash upon arrival, or after the visit by invoice (invoice option available only with a Finnish business ID number).
DELIVERY
Bookings are binding when the museum confirms the booking. The confirmation will be sent by e-mail, unless otherwise agreed.
Tickets purchased from the online shop will be delivered to the customer’s e-mail address upon receipt of payment.
TERMS OF EXCHANGE AND REIMBURSEMENT
Pre-booked entrance ticket
Please note that the visit time and date of the ticket cannot be changed. In principle, purchased tickets may not be exchanged or refunded. If you fall ill, please contact us at booking@amosrex.fi before the event tickets' starting time to receive a refund.

Guided tours and group reservations made through Amos Rex group services
Cancellations must be made in writing to booking@amosrex.fi or by calling Amos Rex group services during its opening hours.
A pre-booked guided tour can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the day of the reservation. For later cancellations, the customer pays a cancellation fee of €50.00 (€30 for school groups).
In a rare case where the museum cancels the reservation (due to unforeseen circumstances), the customer will not be charged any fees.
